Michael Bérubé Obituary – Mount Dora, Florida native Michael R. Berube, 60, went away on July 15, 2022, in New Hampshire, with his loved ones by his side. Robert and June (Libby) Berube welcomed their son into the world on November 9, 1961, in Manchester. During his time at Manchester Memorial High School, which he graduated in 1979, Mike formed lifelong acquaintances.

At the University of New Hampshire, where he was a brother of the Sigma Beta Fraternity (loyalty and brotherhood), he received a Bachelor of Science degree in mathematics. Starting his sales and entrepreneurial career at Sweetheart Plastics selling paper products, Mike eventually went on to create his own company that supplied items to large organizations all over the world.

His exceptional people skills, which he honed throughout his career, were witnessed by everyone who knew Mike. Even though he had deep New Hampshire roots and sought solace in his White Mountain cabin retreat, he spent the most of his life and felt most connected to his community in Florida. He made Mount Dora his permanent home after relocating there in the ’80s. Mike adored cruises because they gave him the opportunity to experience different cultures and sites.

A carefree, flamboyant man who savored every moment, his personality was bigger than life. Skiing a black diamond in Steamboat and Telluride, going on golf outings with the lads, and visiting sporting events were all adventures he eagerly accepted.
